This policy explains what personal data Raina AI (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and honest — we collect the minimum needed to run the service.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, an optional display name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
- Usage data: your credit balance, top-up history, and generation history (prompts, uploaded image references, engine used, and the resulting videos) — this is what makes your library and receipts work.
- Payment data: payments are handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and card metadata (brand and last four digits) for your receipt — never your full card number.
- Technical data: basic request logs (IP address, browser type) used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.
2. What we use it for
- Operating your account, balance and video library;
- Processing top-ups and issuing receipts and refunds;
- Sending your prompts/images to the selected AI engine to generate your video (see section 4);
- Preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with legal obligations;
- Responding to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the service to function and contains no tracking identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
4. Sharing with third parties
- AI engine providers (e.g. xAI’s Grok, Google’s Gemini): your prompt and any uploaded image are sent to the engine you select, solely to generate your video, under that provider’s terms.
- Payment processor: handles checkout and receives the data needed to process your payment.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting and database services that store our data under contract.
- Authorities, where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes (typically 6 years for payment records). Generation history stays in your library until you delete it or close your account.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Email hello@matrix2027.info and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are hashed with a modern key-derivation function, and payment credentials are handled exclusively by our payment processor. Access to production data is restricted and logged.
8. Children
The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the service.
