These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Raina AI (the “Service”), an online tool that generates short videos from text prompts and images using third-party AI engines. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you purchase prepaid credits and spend them to generate AI videos. Generated videos are delivered to your account library for download. The Service relies on third-party AI providers; output quality, style and availability may vary by engine.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate account information; we may suspend accounts created with false information or used fraudulently.
3. Credits and payment
- Credits are a prepaid balance used only within the Service. £1 purchases a fixed number of credits shown at checkout; each generation consumes credits at the rate displayed in the studio before you confirm.
- The price you see at checkout is the exact amount charged — no recurring charges, no hidden fees. Every top-up is a separate one-time payment you actively initiate.
- Credits are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation and do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value outside the Service except as described in our Refund Policy, and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
4. Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: unused credits are refundable within 14 days, and failed generations are automatically re-credited.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or attempt to create content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- sexualises or endangers minors in any way;
- impersonates a real person without their consent, or is intended to deceive (including deceptive “deepfakes”, fake news or fraud);
- is hateful, harassing, or incites violence against any person or group;
- infringes the intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights of others (only upload images you have the right to use);
- attempts to probe, overload or abuse the Service or its underlying providers.
We may refuse generations, remove content, or suspend accounts that breach these rules. Serious breaches forfeit any right to a refund of used credits.
6. Your content and outputs
- Your inputs (prompts and uploaded images) remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to process them through the AI engines to deliver the Service.
- Your outputs: subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the videos you generate and may use them personally or commercially. Third-party engine terms may impose additional rules on specific uses.
- AI outputs can resemble other AI outputs; we cannot guarantee uniqueness or availability of copyright protection for AI-generated works in your jurisdiction.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted (maintenance, engine outages). We may update features, engines and pricing; price changes never affect credits you already hold.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account, you may first request a refund of unused credits under the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
